This website www.cathykingprints.com is operated by Cathy King. The term 'we', 'us', 'our' refer to Cathy King. The abbreviation 'Terms' shall be used on this site to denote 'Terms & Conditions'.
These 'Terms' constitute an agreement between you and Cathy King (Sole Trader) Exeter, EX2 4PS, Devon, who hosts this website and offers its services to you, 'the user'. These services provide an online gallery and a facility to purchase, together with opting into a mailing list. By accessing the site you agree to accept and be bound by all 'Terms and Conditions' stated here and those that relate to Shipping and the Privacy Policy. You may not access the site for any other purposes other than those that are offered by this site and its related services. We reserve the right to update and change the 'Terms and Conditions' as well as the site content and prices of products on this website when deemed appropriate by ourselves. We also reserve the right to withdraw temporarily or permanently any part or whole of this website and will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes we make.
All content in this site is for general information only which does not amount to advice you should rely on. You should seek professional advice for any action taken on the basis of the content of this site.
We agree that the content of this site is fair and transparent and does not contain misleading information.
We have no responsibility for visitors who have not read and understood the 'Terms and Conditions' and therefore we recommend you re-read them carefully each time you visit the website.

Print Info
​
Cathy King sells original limited edition prints. They are not digital reproductions or giclee prints. Unless otherwise stipulated they usually form part of an edition of prints where slight variations in colour and tone may vary within the edition and from the version photographed on the website. Each print is unique, hand made and signed and numbered by Cathy King. Please also note that like all artworks they should not be placed in direct sunlight due to the possibility of colour fade. All papers are acid free and some papers supplied are delicate and should be handled carefully.
Image and paper sizes are approximate.
All prints are sold unframed. Framing can be quite a personal choice but for your general information, I usually opt for quite a simple moulding in either neutral wood, oak or ash or occasionally in black or white, whichever compliments the print the most.

Ordering of Prints & Payment
​
By choosing to purchase a print, you are placing an order and it is understood that you have read and accepted the Terms and Shipping policies where the goods ordered are subject to these terms. The acceptance of your completed order occurs when full payment is made and brings into existence a legally binding contract between you the customer and ourselves. Purchasers must be 18 years old and over and entitled to enter into a legally binding contract. If the item you have ordered is not available we reserve the right not to accept your order. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and will have no liability to you by way of compensation except to refund the amount of money paid for goods.
It is also understood that in placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit/debit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details. All payment details are processed by Stripe.com.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method used belongs to you and you have the authorisation to use it. If your payment card is refused we bear no liability for any delay or non-delivery of payment.
Please ensure that when placing an order you correctly fill out your name and shipping address.

Prices & Delivery
​
Prices of prints are in UK (GBP) pounds. The price of each print for sale is consistent with those at other selling venues/galleries. We reserve the right to change the prices of prints at our discretion.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email from 'us' to confirm your order. If for some reason you do not receive an email please email Cathy King. By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to the debit/credit card you have authorised.
Purchased prints will be sent out within 3/4 days of receipt of order. Please ensure that the correct address is filled in on the delivery form, we cannot accept liability for incorrect labelling. For more information on Post & Packaging, please read carefully the information supplied in Shipping.
If an order is made from outside the UK please be aware that all custom duties must be paid for by the 'buyer'. Please consult your local customs office for details on local charges and duties that might apply to your purchase and its value. Cathy King cannot guarantee that your package will not be opened or tampered with or delayed at custom ports and cannot accept liability for this.
Although we can advise you of approximate delivery times/days we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
​
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please email Cathy King as soon as possible within 14 days from the day you received it. Please then return it securely within 28 days from the day you receive the print. However for damages please get in touch as soon as possible so we can work out a solution. You have 30 days to return any damaged goods. Following receipt of goods and if applicable, refunds will be made within 14 days to the same payment method used to purchase the order.
